I. Introduction to the Agreement

Welcome to use TankTorqRemoteControlPair (hereinafter referred to as "the APP"). The APP is operated by Zhejiang E-TWOW Electric Vehicle Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "we"), focusing on providing users with complete stand-alone electric scooter keys matching service. The core features include scanning the device QR code, selecting the Bluetooth address, and entering the password to complete the pairing.

This APP does not connect to the Internet, does not establish a connection with any server, and does not upload any user data to the server. All operations and data are completed on your local device. This Privacy Policy is intended to explain to you how we collect, use, store, protect your local information and related permission usage rules. Please read and fully understand all the contents of this policy, especially the bolded terms, before using all the services of this APP. By clicking "Agree" or continuing to use the services of this APP, you indicate that you have fully understood and agreed to all the terms of this agreement. Do not use the APP service if you do not agree to the terms of this agreement.

2. Information Collection and Use

(1) Information necessary for collection and purposes of use

• Device-related information: To enable the pairing function of the electric scooter with the key, we will collect your electric scooter device identification code (obtained by scanning the QR code) and Bluetooth address (the Bluetooth address of the key to be paired that you have selected). The above information is only used to establish the connection pairing of the device with the key locally to ensure the accuracy and stability of the pairing process and is stored locally on your device after pairing is completed. No data will be uploaded to the server.
• Password information: The pairing password you enter is only used for local verification of your right to use the electric scooter and the key. We will encrypt the password strongly and store it only on your local device. Password information will not be uploaded or transmitted in any form, nor will it be used for any other purpose.

(2) Permission invocation and related information collection

• Camera permissions: To enable the function of scanning the device's QR code to obtain the device identification code, we need to invoke the camera permissions of your device. This permission is only temporarily enabled when you initiate the scan operation. It is only used for local recognition of the device information in the QR code and does not capture, store any image or video content. The permission is automatically idle after the scan is completed and no data is uploaded.
• Bluetooth permission: To enable Bluetooth connection and local data transfer with the key to be paired, we need to invoke the Bluetooth permission of your device. This permission is only used locally to search for nearby paired key Bluetooth devices, establish Bluetooth connections, and transfer pairing verification data. It is only used during the pairing process and does not collect or transfer information related to other Bluetooth devices and does not upload any data to the server.
• Location permission: Due to the system requirements of some devices, location permission is enabled for Bluetooth device search and connection to ensure normal use of functionality. We will invoke your location permission. This permission is only used locally to assist in the search and location of the Bluetooth device, obtaining only the approximate location information of the device (not precisely locating your specific location), not storing or uploading any location information, and location-related temporary data is immediately deleted locally after pairing and is not used for any other purposes.

(3) Supplementary instructions for information collection

We do not actively collect personal identity information such as your name, mobile phone number, ID number, etc., unless you voluntarily provide it to us during use (such as when consulting customer service). Such information is only used to provide you with the corresponding service and we will keep it strictly confidential and will not store such information locally in the APP or upload it to any server.

3. Information Storage and Protection

• Storage method: All information such as your device identification number, pairing record, encrypted password, etc. is stored only on your local device. This APP has no networking module, does not interact with the server for any data, and does not upload any data.
• Protective measures: We use AES encryption technology to encrypt and protect sensitive information stored locally (such as passwords), preventing the information from being illegally accessed, tampered with or leaked locally. At the same time, we optimize the security performance of the APP to guard against security risks such as local malicious program attacks and virus intrusions, ensuring the security of local data.
• Storage period: Locally stored information such as pairing records will be retained until you voluntarily uninstall the APP or delete the pairing records within the APP; Location information, Bluetooth connection temporary data, etc. will only be generated temporarily during use and will be deleted locally immediately after use without leaving any trace.

4. Information Sharing and Disclosure

• Since this APP runs entirely on a single machine and no data is uploaded to the server, there is no possibility of sharing, selling or renting information to third parties.
• We will not disclose your local information to any third party unless explicitly required by law, or ordered by judicial or administrative authorities, and the disclosure process must be completed locally on your device (if relevant information is required, it must be provided by your active authorization and manually), we will not actively obtain or transfer any of your information to third parties.
• No third-party partners (such as server providers, data processing service providers, etc.) are involved in the development and operation of this APP, and therefore there is no scenario of sharing any information with third parties.

5. User Rights

• Permissions Management: You can view, turn on, or turn off camera, Bluetooth, location permissions at any time in your device system Settings. Once permissions are turned off, the corresponding functions of this APP (such as scanning, pairing) may not work properly, but it does not affect your use of other non-related functions (if any).
• Information Management: You can view and delete locally stored information such as pairing records at any time within this APP. The operation takes effect immediately and is completed only locally on your device without any data synchronization or upload.
• Uninstall and Delete: You can uninstall the APP at any time. After uninstallation, all relevant information stored on your local device will be completely deleted without any residue, and no data upload will occur as a result of the uninstallation.

6. Protection of Minors

This APP is intended for users with full capacity for civil conduct. We do not provide services to minors. If a minor uses this APP without the consent of the guardian, the guardian should stop it in time. Since all information is stored on the local device, information security is the responsibility of the device user and we do not bear corresponding responsibility, but will assist the guardian in taking necessary measures to protect the rights and interests of the minor.

7. Agreement Updates and Notifications

• We may revise this Privacy Policy based on updates to laws and regulations, optimization of APP features (local features only, not networking features), etc. The revised agreement will be updated in the updated version of the APP. You can view the latest version in "Settings - Privacy Policy" of the APP.
• By continuing to use the APP service after the agreement is updated, you agree to the revised agreement; If you do not agree, you should immediately stop using the APP service and uninstall it.

IX. Other Terms

• This Privacy Policy shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China as to its formation, effectiveness, performance, interpretation and dispute resolution.
• If any dispute arises between you and us in connection with this Privacy Policy, it shall first be resolved through friendly consultation; If consultation fails, either party shall have the right to bring a lawsuit to the people's court where the developer is located.
• This Privacy Policy takes effect from the date you click "Agree" or your first use of the APP services.
